WRITING TO BE UNDERSTOOD

Are your written messages often wordy, jargon-ridden and difficult to read because of poor grammar, punctuation, and style error?  According to one survey, about 21 percent of the day is spent writing such letters, memos, and reports.  That’s one day a week and eleven weeks a year!  The consequences of ineffective business writing are costly error, reduced productivity, and lower morale.
