IU Health IT Leadership Team
Through a series of monthly retreats facilitated by RMA, the IT leadership team at IU Health has identified their individual strengths, motivators and triggers that influence the overall leadership team functionality. As a team, they used this self-discovery to create a team Leadership Vision to share and implement with the rest of the IT Organization, driven by a common mission, strategy, and values. This has created the environment to move forward with strategic initiatives and projects to continue to propel their organization forward.
Medco IT Leadership Academy
RMA collaborated with the CIO of Medco to create a leadership academy. The RMA experts built a list of leadership competencies with the help of an advisory panel from a diverse list of Fortune 500 companies. Through 360 degree feedback, the organization was able to identify the competencies needed to grow the next generation of leaders. Due to learning simulations, facilitated sessions and coaching time, learners left the program with a new understanding of their personal leadership style and how they could leverage that to build relationships across the organization. They created a plan for leading others with diverse personal styles and managing change and transition. They were able to align their actions and priorities with the strategic direction of Medco and learned how to coach and develop employees for future performance.
