In the Harry Potter movies, each new student puts on the Sorting Hat to determine which house they will be in. (In case there’s one person who didn’t know this – sorry for the obvious). When employees start a new job or get promoted, they also find themselves being sorted into a new ‘house’. No matter how many times you’ve done it, joining a new group is terrifying.
