Design Thinking is a process for working on mysteries. Given the difficulty in hiring as the economy improves, it doesn't look like leadership hiring, development and succession are going to get any easier in the short term. In this newsletter, we'll apply high level steps of Design Thinking to the usually mysterious process of finding, growing and keeping leaders.
