With a quick flip of the wand, the Good Witch froze the two arguing witches with the Impedimenta spell. It would be easier to talk to them when both were frozen. The Good Witch was very good at getting things straightened out. “I am going to share with you some important magic. When you perform a spell, it is not the spell that’s important but the outcome of the spell.” She continued. “It’s easy to think of the Accountable Witch role as a higher, more important role, but it is not. In fact, the Accountable Witch is answerable for completing an activity or a decision. This work is not better or worse than any other work.
So that everyone knows the plan, The Accountable Witch must be very clear when asking other witches to help her. She must clarify “WHY?” this works needs to be done, how ‘done’ is defined and how many different tasks and people will be needed to get the work done on time.
