As an Influencer in DISC, I project (but don’t always feel) optimism. Discussing 'how we lose' with my team is a difficult concept for me. One of our consulting services is Scenario Planning, where we lead leadership teams through four possible futures to build a prioritized and collaborative project / strategic portfolio. The participants strategize where to go and where NOT to go. Similarly, we lose when we stop listening to our customers and stop confronting each other.
