- Pair up new and seasoned staff and assign them specific things to do (go to lunch together, review the computer access, etc.)
- Have a quick breakfast with your team and the new person. Have each person ask the new person a question to get to know each other better.
- Get your team to create a Manifesto which details basic principles of how each person works together with others. When there’s a new person, revisit the principles.
- Use profiles (we use Trimetrix EQ – Behaviors, Motivators and Emotional Intelligence) to create Team Wheels to discuss shared strengths and how to work together (Interested? Contact Shawna.Moser@moserit.com)
