Have them find a picture of this person on the web or find a metaphorical picture if the person can't be found (for example, 3rd grade teacher). They will not share this picture until the end of the experience.
Each person will play the role of the leader they admire. In turn, each participant will ask the current 'leader' a question one at a time and all will see the answers. If you have less than five people playing, raise the number of questions people can ask to two or three. At the end, the participants guess who the leader is and why. The person who played the role will share the picture and what inspires them.
