I have a webinar series scheduled on the Inner Game of Project Management in January 2016 discussing many of the topics in this newsletter. I would like to have the following for the kick-off webinar:
An interesting activity that will help learners build awareness of the problem of self-talk prior to the webinar and shared in our virtual community.
Two different interactive activities during the webinar to reinforce learning points such as:
- Re-framing Your Self-Talk
- Control vs. Learning
- Focus on Outcomes vs. Do
A follow-up exercise to debrief and create a personal strategy for change
We're hoping that you will work collaboratively to co-create these four interactions with us. Each activity idea will be posted on our blog where you can comment with your ideas each week. We'll post the submissions for each activity in our Training Magazine Network community where members will vote for their favorite on these dates:
**Updated deadlines for November!
11/6: Vote to choose pre-webinar activity
11/13: Vote to choose one of the two webinar activities
11/20: Vote to choose second of the two webinar activities
11/27: Vote to choose follow-up webinar activity
Voting will be based on whether the activity is appropriate for the learning described, is interactive and participatory, and maximizes the Seven Multiple Intelligences.
You are free to add an idea or help jell ideas that others are working on. We are going to have prizes based on our perception of 'effort'. All who participate in the co-creation of the four chosen activities will get a free seat in the webinar series (this will be a 4-part paid webinar series for others).
