§ The business objectives change.This is a huge change and will likely change every deliverable.For example, if you thought your project was being done to increase revenue and it turns out it is really primarily about driving cost from the business, every deliverable will likely change.
§ A new stakeholder (with inputs and outputs) emerges.This will require adding the stakeholder to your scope diagram with the arrows showing the inputs and outputs. It will also add multiple new tasks to your project schedule.
§ There is a new deliverable to or from an existing stakeholder. Add the flow(s), and add the new tasks to your project schedule.
