Brains are more amazing than anyone knows. At the core, your Brain looks for two things: Rewards and Threats. Some of us are rewarding ourselves with food, drinks, television, physical exercise, golf and games - I’m doing all of those. But I also have had very little desire to eat. That’s good for my weight, but not great for my health. I am fortunate to have great friends and family to stay in touch with which has been the best reward. Still, the threat is ever present. Whether you go to the grocery store, church, restaurants or a walk, fear seems to surround us because everything that was in your world is different, sometimes changing daily. Not only do we not know when we’ll get a vaccine, but we also hear conflicting and confusing data about what we should do in the meantime. The only thing we think we know is that we need to hide in our home. You’ve been out – this isn’t going too well at the moment.
