- Blow up the roles – do they still work? What new work is messing the roles up? What are the THREE THINGS (Key Accountabilities) each person must do for the team to be successful? Re-align.
- What scenarios for the future make sense? What is the map of your strategy?
- Create accountability through process for each person to manage their Career Map / Portfolio.
