In last month’s newsletter “May 2020 Could use a little Theodore Roosevelt right now”, I was writing in April, my fourth week of quarantine. Mid-April was a long time ago. Looking back at this newsletter, the topics were positive and all over the place. Each section had a question to answer and answers we got. They were funny, predictable, shocking and sad. The response was incredible. Our Moser Consulting Tia Hapner (marketing/graphics superhero-ess) pulled out all the data into a very large spreadsheet. In this newsletter, I will share the heartfelt results of these questions. Also, the percentages are quick guesses and observations, not hard-core data.
Be prepared for all kinds of emotions. The survey was anonymous, and I regret not being able to respond to some of the troubles people were going through. I have shared one anonymous note below that was poignant. Please feel free to reach out at any time – firstname.lastname@example.org. It takes a (VIRTUAL) Village.
Comfy is the new dress code
Is it appropriate to come to a Zoom meeting with customers wearing workout clothes? How dressed up should you get in Zoom meetings?
