- Assessments and profiles well-administered and debriefed can accelerate self-awareness more quickly than a course. Stay compliant and choose your tools wisely. This year, I’ve seen the most impact from Emotional Intelligence and Stress Quotient assessments. I’m also a big fan of creating Job Benchmarks for hiring, onboarding, career planning and succession planning.
