Meet The RMA Team
Our Team of Facilitators
The story of IRMA begins with a company outing in 1995. It was a hot July afternoon and the ladies of RMA needed a break. Ok, we were also celebrating the retirement of a dear colleague Jean. We headed west to Metamora's flea market in search of priceless knick knacks. After hours of searching, we were ready to give up when Jean stumbled on a lonely white concrete garden goose statue. It was decided she must be rescued and given a new home, what better place than the Russell Martin office. We loaded her up and headed back home. This was not just any old garden goose, this was to be our new mascot. She needed a name and some clothes - we couldn't have an indecent mascot running around the office. Jean was a wonderful seamstress who created many wonderful outfits for a number of occasions before she moved away. The only thing left was a name. We enlisted the help of our network to come up with a name for our new mascot. Loyal follower, Dan Brandon, came up with the winning name, I❤RMA, which was quickly shortened to IRMA. That was almost twenty years ago and she is still going strong. If you see IRMA along your way, stop and see what she has to say. She is full of information about our products and services.
