Teams
are under a great deal of pressure these days. This stress
can magnify the cracks in the abilities of individuals to
collaborate. Unfortunately, collaboration is the only way
for a team to have the agility necessary to deal with
pressure. Using a DISC and Workplace Motivation approach,
RMA consultants will create a picture of the diverse
strengths and weaknesses of each member of the team. Once
shared, these values and behaviors can be understood and
leveraged for the good of the business. |
