Susan is a
High I / High D Organizational Development Consultant and
Leadership Coach. She’s a creative, big picture thinker who
gets the job done and has fun doing it. Her passion lies in
helping people and teams reach their potential. And
although she works to overcome this affliction, she really
cares what you think of her! Susan joined the consulting
business in 2000 – prior to that she was a standout in Human
Resources Management, Training & Development and
Organization Development for Roche Diagnostics and Charles
Schwab & Co. She has degrees in Psychology and Computer
Science and her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
She is formally trained and well tested in leadership and
management development, team building, training design and
delivery and coaching. Two of Susan’s favorite projects are
building a 50 foot extension bridge out of 220,000 Legos®
with 800 Discover Card IT Professionals and developing the
Leadership
Academy for Medco Health Solutions. Career low point: teaching customer service
skills to Chauffeurs in an undisclosed garage in downtown
Chicago.
Susan lives in Indianapolis
with her son, her husband, and Reggie (Miller) their
neurotic terrier. For life balance, Susan plays tennis with
old women (they think she’s quick), practices yoga, and
enjoys reading and exploring spirituality. She spends her
entire spring and summer watching baseball, or discussing
the watching of baseball, or watching the discussion of
baseball. And she throws like a girl. Best client
compliments from the past year include: “You’re fun!” “I’m a
believer.” “You’re my source for open, objective feedback
and guidance.” “I thought I would hate this, but I don’t.”
“She helped me become the leader I wanted to be.” |
