WHAT THE SESSION PROVIDES
When you engage RMA to assess your project, you will receive insights into the barriers to your project support.  Depending on your business and the nature of your project, both technical and process experts will be engaged to clearly describe the entire problem, and make recommendations for systemic interventions that will work quickly but also with positive long term business results. 

WHAT CUSTOMERS LEARN
After the completion of the project assessment, customers will receive:

  • Determination of the project's real status.

  • Clarification of what is required to finish the project (if possible to finish).

  • Identification of salvageable items if the project cannot be finished.

  • List of recommended actions to be taken.

  • A written report documenting all the above.
