MANAGING STRESS AND BURNOUT

According to recent research done by Cutter (12/2002), more than 60% of people claim that they are not only more burned out than they ever have been, but as soon as they are able, will do something about it. Employees under stress increase costs through ineffective work and health issues. Many companies are also concerned that as the economy improves, retention will suffer.

The solution is complicated, since the very managers who must lead their staff through pressure, change and uncertainty are also struggling with the same issues.  This experience is designed to help managers and staff change behaviors and leverage tools to help them be more flexible and resilient, reducing the business cost of stress.
