Jeff Feldman, President of
Eagle’s View Enterprises, is a trainer, speaker and personal
achievement coach with extensive experience in the design
and delivery of creative, energizing and fun personal
development and human interaction trainings.
Jeff holds degrees in
Education (BS) and Experiential Learning (MS). He founded
Eagle’s View Enterprises in 1993 after serving five years on
the faculty at Penn State University.
Jeff applies an experiential
approach to training, creatively designing sessions to
maximize interaction and self-discovery. Through the use of
humorous stories and engaging activities, Jeff weaves a
sense of fun into all of his work. His flexible style allows
him to adapt to a group’s specific needs, interests and
pace.
Jeff is co-author, along with
Lou Russell, of IT Leadership Alchemy (Prentice
Hall, 2003.), a leadership development book targeting
enhanced performance among IT leaders. He serves on the
faculty of the US Office of Personnel Management’s Eastern
Management Development Center, designing and facilitating
training sessions for Federal executives. Corporate clients
he has served include 3M, Johnson & Johnson and General
Electric among others.
As a coach, Jeff works one on
one with individuals to support them in clarifying their
visions and focusing their performance toward realizing
their life goals.

organizations in maximizing their effectiveness toward
achieving their goals, realizing their visions and living
