e-Learning Village Pricing

The e-Learning Village is an online tool used to introduce or reinforce educational content to employees.  

This teaching tool is offered standalone or in combination with our training and consulting services.

INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN

The standard e-Learning Village will cover one subject area (example: Roles and Responsibilities, Compliance Program, HR Procedures).  Each subject area gets:

• Up to 5 games (Hangman, Choices, Sequence, Tic Tac, Categorize).

• One survey with up to 30 multiple choice or short answer questions.

• One FAQ file with up to 25 question/answers and an email link to ask an expert (monitored by client).

• Library - 10 PDF files (Word and Excel files can be converted to PDF at no additional cost).

• Hosting for 6 months.

PRICE: $5.100.00

 

Hosting for 6 months.  Additions to the subject area outside the standard design above are billed at an hourly rate ($150/hour).

MILESTONES

• Three month development window
• Initiate project and determine topics, PDF's - 50% down payment to begin project
• You deliver requirements for game design.
• Games delivered 30 days after requirements received (assumes SME available to answer questions)
• 30 day approval period for SME to review.
• 30 day period for edits (not enhancements) after approval, then final OK.
• Final 50% payment due
• Go Live!
