COLLABORATIVE TEAMS

Collaboration is such a positive word and everyone says they believe in it, but companies are built with silos of departmental competition and organizations compete actively against each other for budget and resources.  Increasingly, cross-organizational teams find themselves in situations where they must balance collaboration and competition within the same business.
